Pregnant Again? No No ....Not Yet

Bila taknak, memang sangat ngeri yer. In denial sangat nak buat UPT, malam tido tak lena kepala sakit2 fikir betui ke ni pegnen, saya taknak lagi, sian nengok anak yadayadayadayada. Yang penting sian dgn diri sendiri sbb tak mampu nak buat semua tu lagi. Heheee..kan? Alah suma couple yang dah kawin akan ada rasa camni bila belum ready lalalala.

Camna nak hindarkan diri nih. Harini kita bincang2 bicara orang dewasa hiks...sesama kita belajar yer.

Fertility Awareness-Based Methods - Charting your fertility to help prevent pregnancy. Safe and convenient. Kalau tak peyed takblh buat yer.


Breastfeeding - Using breastfeeding as birth control can be effective for six months after delivery only if a woman. does not substitute other foods for a breast milk meal, feeds her baby at least every four hours during the day and every six hours at night, has not had a period since she delivered her baby.

Don't think pulling out before ejaculation can prevent pregnancy - Treat Mr.P like a loaded gun... it's always dangerous, so protect it with a condom at all times or take pill.

Don't think that it's OK to rub an unprotected Mr.P around the outside of a Ms.V - It's still possible for some sperm to get inside.

Don't leave a Mr.P inside too long after ejaculation - It is always best to withdraw straight after ejaculation as a common cause for condoms coming off inside is when Mr.P has gone down and the condom is no longer a tight fit.

Never underestimate the power of sperm... a small drop of semen carries enough sperm to fertilise! woot wooot. Rasa2 mcm condom, breastfeeding, inconsistent pills taken blh sebabkan pegnen yer. Oleh itu gunalah kaedah calendar pastu campo dgn yg atas2 tu. Ayuh berjaga2 hihihihi.
